2. Description of Service
FeedMii is a food and drink discovery app that helps users find meals, connect with people who share similar tastes (Taste Twins), and locate nearby restaurants.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use FeedMii
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- FeedMii offers free and premium subscription tiers
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems to access the app
6. Content
Food and drink images, descriptions, and restaurant information are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy of nutritional information, prices, or availability.
7. Intellectual Property
FeedMii and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FeedMii and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FeedMii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
FeedMii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
